Today was a busy day for us. First Emma and Mom made caramel apples to give away for Valentine treats. It took almost the entire day because we mess up on the first batch of caramel, but the second batch was perfect and they turned out great.
This was our first batch of caramel.
Cooked too long, too chewy!!!
